Join ADAAWE member Dawn Pritchard September 24, at 1:30 pm for a presentation designed specifically for ADAAWE entrepreneurs looking to better understand and use contracts in their businesses.
This workshop will break down the key components of a basic contract—covering who, what, when, where, and how much—while also exploring considerations like intellectual property ownership and applicable laws. Dawn will explain the importance of using clear language, what clauses the other party might want to include, and what to watch out for.
Participants will receive a take-home template for a basic contract that they can customize and use in their own businesses. After the presentation, Dawn will be available for one-on-one meetings with participants. (Please bring proper identification, as required by the Law Society of Ontario.)
