This workshop centers breath as a powerful medicine for calming the mind, settling the spirit, and clearing the path ahead.

With traditional yogic pranayama and Indigenous wisdom, we reflect on how clarity in our breath can translate to clarity in our business vision.

Each breath becomes a way to reconnect with inner and outer purpose.
